v The food must be cooked on a low flame and it must be eaten with cheerfulness taking special care to chew it fully before it is fwallowed . once may drink water while eating but must not drink any water ofter food cinsumplaion at least for an hour so as to supports the digestive system of the body.

v Exeersire consumplion of medicine is a sign of weakness. Avoid addiction to thes and try naturopathy. Keep your body healthy and fit by yoga, pulmonary exercise and meditation etc.
v Don’t delay your night meals . if there be need take snacks or milk.
Remember :- The food must be consumed at least 2 hour before going to sleep .
